The Madison Sail and Power Squadron is located in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin, on the shores of our
magnificent Yahara Chain of Lakes, about 75 miles west of Milwaukee and about a 2 1/2 hour drive NW of Chicago
Our members sail the waters of Lake Mendota, Lake Monona, Lake Waubesa
– in cruisers, sail boats, kayaks, PWCs, motor yachts and canoes.

If you are a boating enthusiast, or want to be, this is the organization for you. Take a boating course for both new and experienced boaters. Get a vessel safety check - This free safety check helps ensure fun-filled outings on your boat. Become a member. Participate in educational and social activities, both on-the-water and ashore, throughout the year.

The above event was a huge success! The shoreline was cleaned up and then we all went to lunch. Thank you to all the volunteers who made this event possible. If you didn't volunteer, you may want to consider it for next year. It's a lot of fun and the comaraderie is always great (and not to mention the coffee and doughnuts) and this year was no exception. Hope to see you all netc year. Also, please join us for our monthly events......Mallards game Thursday, June 20th.....

JOHN LUNENSCHLOSS died on Friday, June 14th....visitation will be at Gunderson Funeral Home East from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, funeral will be on Thursday, June 20, 11am at St. Peter Catholic Church on 5001 N Sherman Avenue.
